The trip up to the western Himalayas went well.




The trek passed thorough some seriously beautiful and intense territory. The scenery was beyond comparison, in parts reminding us of something familiar, but always with the qualifier that we were experiencing things at double scale. We all had some trouble with the altitude (except Chirag, who did 50 pushups at 18,500 feet), but somehow everyone survived.

I'll be wrapping things up here in Mumbai for one more week, and then I'm headed back to the US.
